About ChemAI Atlas
ChemAI Atlas is a discovery and practical learning platform for AI in chemistry and chemical engineering. It helps researchers, students, developers, and industry practitioners find tools, understand technologies, and explore research workflows.
Why ChemAI Atlas exists
AI models, agents, MCP servers, Skills, datasets, and developer tools for chemistry are spread across websites, code repositories, and research projects. Finding a tool is only the first step. Understanding its use cases, requirements, limitations, and possible integrations matters just as much. ChemAI Atlas connects public resources with practical guides and reference workflows to make exploration and early-stage adoption easier.
What you can do
- Discover AI resources: Browse models, Agents, MCP servers, Skills, APIs, datasets, open-source tools, and platforms. Use categories and task pages to review their purpose, sources, and requirements.
- Learn the technologies: Read Guides about key concepts, tool selection, deployment, evaluation, and limitations.
- Explore practical Recipes: Start with a research goal and examine suggested tool combinations, setup approaches, steps, and checks. Recipes are adaptable technical references, not claims of independently verified end-to-end compatibility.

Sources, editorial review, and translation
Resource and Recipe descriptions draw on official websites, public repositories, technical documentation, and academic sources. AI may assist with drafting, organizing information, and translation, but AI-generated text is not itself evidence. Verify claims about features, licensing, version compatibility, and performance against original sources. Content is available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese; product names, code, and source links remain unchanged.
Scope and important notice
Inclusion does not imply certification, endorsement, or independent testing. Recipes are reference workflows and do not guarantee compatibility across versions, environments, or third-party services, nor the validity of computed results or scientific conclusions. Before use, check official documentation, licenses, costs, privacy, and deployment requirements, and independently validate outputs. Decisions involving laboratory work, drug discovery, or industrial operations require appropriate expert review and safety procedures.
