We accept enquiries in English, Simplified Chinese and Japanese. A clear subject and relevant page URL help us understand your request. Response times depend on the issue; we do not offer emergency support.
Resource suggestions and corrections
For a new resource, include its official HTTPS URL and intended chemistry or chemical-engineering task. For a correction, identify the entry, the field to change and supporting documentation. Use the submission page when signed in, or email the team for publishing, attribution or copyright enquiries.
Submit a resource or correction
Account and email issues
Include the account email, the approximate time of the problem, the page and whether you used email/password or Google sign-in. Describe any error message without copying secret links. Check your spam folder and the getting-started guide before reporting a missing verification or reset message.
Privacy and copyright requests
For a personal-data request, describe what you want to access, correct or delete. We may need to verify your identity before handling account data. For a copyright concern, identify the affected page, the original work and your relationship to the rights holder. Send only the information needed to assess the request.
Security reports
Report suspected account compromise or a site vulnerability privately by email. Include the affected URL and a minimal description of the issue. Do not access another person’s data to demonstrate a problem. Never send passwords, verification/reset links, API keys, identity documents or confidential research data in your initial message.
